The Greenpoint study called for the developement of an old industrial site along the East River in Greenpoint Brooklyn.

A lagre brick building currently occupies the waterfront site. To ease concerns in the neighborhood about the transition from industrial to high end residential, the design aims to maintain elements of the sites former use.
